SGPP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGPP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,365 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGPP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3137, FDX1P2, and RNA5SP488. Each is linked with SGPP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGPP2-to-partner and partner-to-SGPP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3137 grouped by SGPP2-low versus SGPP2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
