SGPP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,056 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGPP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SGPP1_S112, TFAP4_S124, and MCAT. Each is linked with SGPP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGPP1-to-partner and partner-to-SGPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGPP1 versus SGPP1_S112 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
