SGPP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGPP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,505 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HES6, CEP68, and ACVR2A. Each is linked with SGPP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGPP1-to-partner and partner-to-SGPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGPP1 versus HES6 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
