SGPP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGPP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,268 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGPP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SGPP1_S112, TMX1, and CKAP4_S26. Each is linked with SGPP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGPP1-to-partner and partner-to-SGPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGPP1 versus SGPP1_S112 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
