Across TCGA cell cohorts, SGPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,425 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGPP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ER to Golgi ceramide transport, Regulation of hippo signaling, and Regulation of protein binding. Each is linked with SGPP1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGPP1-to-partner and partner-to-SGPP1 results are reported.
