SGPL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGPL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,355 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGPL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMS19, KIFBP, and CCDC6. Each is linked with SGPL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGPL1-to-partner and partner-to-SGPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGPL1 versus MMS19 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
