Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGPL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,815 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPARCL1, TNXB, and CEP55. Each is linked with SGPL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGPL1-to-partner and partner-to-SGPL1 results are reported.
