SGO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,430 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP57, RNU6-218P, and MRPS15P1. Each is linked with SGO2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGO2-to-partner and partner-to-SGO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP57 grouped by SGO2-low versus SGO2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
