Across TCGA cell cohorts, SGO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,560 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGO2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nuclear division, Negative regulation of nuclear division, and Centromeric sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with SGO2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGO2-to-partner and partner-to-SGO2 results are reported.
