SGO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SGO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 141 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10G2, CACNG3, and REG1B. Each is linked with SGO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGO2-to-partner and partner-to-SGO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10G2 grouped by SGO2-low versus SGO2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
