Across TCGA cell cohorts, SGO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,869 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGO1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic spindle elongation, Negative regulation of mitotic nuclear division, and Spindle elongation. Each is linked with SGO1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGO1-to-partner and partner-to-SGO1 results are reported.
