SGMS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGMS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,865 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGMS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX9, ARFIP1, and NARS2. Each is linked with SGMS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGMS2-to-partner and partner-to-SGMS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGMS2 versus DHX9 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGMS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGMS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
