Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGMS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,358 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SGMS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNA14, FBP1, and TLR5. Each is linked with SGMS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGMS2-to-partner and partner-to-SGMS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGMS2 versus GNA14 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGMS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGMS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
