Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,168 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGK3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FN3K, VCPIP1, and NSUN2. Each is linked with SGK3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGK3-to-partner and partner-to-SGK3 results are reported.
