Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SGK2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SGK2 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher SGK2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SGK2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC, KIRP, and LUAD are the cancer types where SGK2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
