Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,857 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SGK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are STARD7-AS1, KIF9-AS1, and RN7SL354P. Each is linked with SGK2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGK2-to-partner and partner-to-SGK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STARD7-AS1 grouped by SGK2-low versus SGK2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
