SGK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGK2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Di-Ras3, and p90 RSK_pT359_S363. Each is linked with SGK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGK2-to-partner and partner-to-SGK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by SGK2-low versus SGK2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
