Across TCGA cell cohorts, SGK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,570 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGK2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Flagellated sperm motility, Sperm motility, and Fatty acid beta-oxidation. Each is linked with SGK2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGK2-to-partner and partner-to-SGK2 results are reported.
