SGK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SGK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYZL2, ST8SIA3, and SLURP1. Each is linked with SGK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGK2-to-partner and partner-to-SGK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYZL2 grouped by SGK2-low versus SGK2-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
