SGCG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGCG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,488 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGCG-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP27B1, NPRL2, and ILKAP. Each is linked with SGCG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGCG-to-partner and partner-to-SGCG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYP27B1 grouped by SGCG-low versus SGCG-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGCG→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGCG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
