SGCD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGCD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,939 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGCD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SGCB, VCAN, and TPM1. Each is linked with SGCD in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGCD-to-partner and partner-to-SGCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGCD versus SGCB in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
