Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGCD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,701 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCT7, SMYD5, and MIR6078. Each is linked with SGCD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGCD-to-partner and partner-to-SGCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCT7 grouped by SGCD-low versus SGCD-high in UCEC.
