Across TCGA cell cohorts, SGCD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,570 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGCD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process, Ribonucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process, and Response to symbiont. Each is linked with SGCD in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGCD-to-partner and partner-to-SGCD results are reported.
