Across TCGA cell cohorts, SGCD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, ODF1, and PDCL2. Each is linked with SGCD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGCD-to-partner and partner-to-SGCD results are reported.
