Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFXN4P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,119 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SFXN4P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KYNU, MICAL1, and AZU1. Each is linked with SFXN4P1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFXN4P1-to-partner and partner-to-SFXN4P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SFXN4P1 versus KYNU in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.
