Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFXN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,759 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SFXN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC1A, ARL3, and SPEN_S1006. Each is linked with SFXN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFXN2-to-partner and partner-to-SFXN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SFXN2 versus SMC1A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFXN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFXN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
