Across TCGA cell cohorts, SFXN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,491 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFXN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spindle elongation, Mitochondrial transmembrane transport, and DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with SFXN2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFXN2-to-partner and partner-to-SFXN2 results are reported.
