Across TCGA cell cohorts, SFXN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,093 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFXN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Positive regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle, and Regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition. Each is linked with SFXN1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFXN1-to-partner and partner-to-SFXN1 results are reported.
