SFTPD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFTPD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,665 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFTPD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YBX1, LARP4_S722, and TMOD2. Each is linked with SFTPD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFTPD-to-partner and partner-to-SFTPD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SFTPD versus YBX1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFTPD→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFTPD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
