SFTPD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFTPD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,312 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFTPD-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS2, CTSG, and CDKN3. Each is linked with SFTPD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFTPD-to-partner and partner-to-SFTPD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SFTPD versus LGALS2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFTPD→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFTPD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
