SFTPD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFTPD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,862 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFTPD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-13P, ZNHIT3, and FAM219B. Each is linked with SFTPD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFTPD-to-partner and partner-to-SFTPD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-13P grouped by SFTPD-low versus SFTPD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFTPD→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFTPD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
