SFTPD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SFTPD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFTPD-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BW2, DMRTC2, and CYLC2. Each is linked with SFTPD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFTPD-to-partner and partner-to-SFTPD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2BW2 grouped by SFTPD-low versus SFTPD-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFTPD→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFTPD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
