SFTPC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFTPC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,615 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFTPC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RS1, RGCC, and PRX. Each is linked with SFTPC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFTPC-to-partner and partner-to-SFTPC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SFTPC versus RS1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFTPC→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFTPC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
