SFTPB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFTPB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,357 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFTPB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDK7, SH3KBP1, and BCAS3_S570. Each is linked with SFTPB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFTPB-to-partner and partner-to-SFTPB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SFTPB versus CDK7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFTPB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFTPB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
