Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFTPB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,161 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SFTPB-associated genes across cancer lineages are STK32A-AS1, CENPM, and MCM5. Each is linked with SFTPB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFTPB-to-partner and partner-to-SFTPB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SFTPB versus STK32A-AS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFTPB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFTPB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
