SFTPB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFTPB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFTPB-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, eIF4E, and Cyclin-E1. Each is linked with SFTPB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFTPB-to-partner and partner-to-SFTPB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by SFTPB-low versus SFTPB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFTPB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFTPB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
