SFTPB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SFTPB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFTPB-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF2, LCE2C, and ADAM2. Each is linked with SFTPB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFTPB-to-partner and partner-to-SFTPB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF2 grouped by SFTPB-low versus SFTPB-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFTPB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFTPB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
