SFTPA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFTPA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 453 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFTPA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTU2, PVR, and ACD. Each is linked with SFTPA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFTPA2-to-partner and partner-to-SFTPA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFTPA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFTPA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
