SFTA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFTA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,007 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFTA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH1, PCP4L1, and SUSD2. Each is linked with SFTA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFTA3-to-partner and partner-to-SFTA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFTA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFTA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
