Across TCGA cell cohorts, SFTA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,770 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFTA3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Globus pallidus development, Spliceosomal tri-snRNP complex assembly, and Spliceosome conformational change to release U4 (or U4atac) and U1 (or U11). Each is linked with SFTA3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFTA3-to-partner and partner-to-SFTA3 results are reported.
