Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SFT2D2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SFT2D2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher SFT2D2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SFT2D2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD, LUSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where SFT2D2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
