Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFT2D2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,245 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFT2D2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GATAD2B, RPRD2, and TIPRL. Each is linked with SFT2D2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFT2D2-to-partner and partner-to-SFT2D2 results are reported.
