The most reproducible SFT2D2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEF1AKNMT, RAB11FIP4, and ARRB1. Each is linked with SFT2D2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFT2D2-to-partner and partner-to-SFT2D2 results are reported.
