Across TCGA cell cohorts, SFT2D2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,718 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFT2D2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRRC2C, ADAR, and RC3H1. Each is linked with SFT2D2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFT2D2-to-partner and partner-to-SFT2D2 results are reported.
