Across TCGA cell cohorts, SFT2D2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,072 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFT2D2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chromatin organization, Phosphatidylinositol phosphate biosynthetic process, and Mitotic chromosome condensation. Each is linked with SFT2D2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFT2D2-to-partner and partner-to-SFT2D2 results are reported.
