SFSWAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFSWAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,628 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFSWAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SART3, TMPO, and PRPF31. Each is linked with SFSWAP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFSWAP-to-partner and partner-to-SFSWAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SFSWAP versus SART3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFSWAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFSWAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
