SFSWAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFSWAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,949 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFSWAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMB6, SNRPD3, and TOMM22. Each is linked with SFSWAP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFSWAP-to-partner and partner-to-SFSWAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMB6 grouped by SFSWAP-low versus SFSWAP-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFSWAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFSWAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
