SFSWAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SFSWAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 498 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFSWAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST5, KDSR, and RBMXL3. Each is linked with SFSWAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFSWAP-to-partner and partner-to-SFSWAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CST5 grouped by SFSWAP-low versus SFSWAP-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFSWAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFSWAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
