SFRP5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFRP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFRP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS6P7, RPLP1P10, and NFYCP1. Each is linked with SFRP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFRP5-to-partner and partner-to-SFRP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS6P7 grouped by SFRP5-low versus SFRP5-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFRP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFRP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
