SFRP5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFRP5 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFRP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are NK cells and CD8+ T-cells. Each is linked with SFRP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFRP5-to-partner and partner-to-SFRP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NK cells grouped by SFRP5-low versus SFRP5-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFRP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFRP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
